About Us
Afromothers is a women-led, family-centered empowerment organization dedicated to strengthening families by empowering mothers and children to thrive mentally, emotionally, and economically.
Rooted in the belief that the well-being of families begins with supported mothers, Afromothers works holistically with families—placing women at the center while intentionally including children, youth, and caregivers in all its programs.
Our work responds to the daily realities families face: emotional stress, financial pressure, parenting challenges, and limited access to psychosocial support. We exist to help families heal, grow, and build resilient futures together.
